Tall rainforest palm, 6-20m high x 3-5m wide. Large crown of fan-shaped fronds to 1.8m across. Profuse cream flowers are followed by black fruits which attract birds and butterflies. Hardy in full sun or part shade and various soils, with plenty of water. Attractive indoor plant with filtered sun.
